Metrics & Insights
After a candidate has completed the simulation, Radius will report a set of metrics, giving you insight into their performance and possible areas of improvement. Currently, we show the scores for each skill, accompanied by an expected score, as well as a comparison to the simulation's average expected score. We also show the candidate's improvement over time, as well as let you compare results across candidates.
Actionable Feedback
Our AI Agents don't just score in numbers. They understand the candidate's performance and provide actionable feedback, to question-level detail. This feedback is designed to help the candidate understand where they went wrong, and how they can improve, be it when recruiting or training. It's like having a personal coach, but in a digital form. All candidates will appreciate the feedback, and you will appreciate the time saved.
